IIker Yildirim – Electronic Maintenance Engineer

Ciner Glass has been operating in Turkey for over a decade. The company first acquired land in the Bozüyük Industrial Zone in 2011 to produce glass packaging products

Ciner’s Turkish operational facility, named Park Cam, opened its first production line in 2013 and completed its second line in 2015. The company produces 1,000 tonnes of glass per day and owns 22 per cent of the Turkish beverage market. Currently, a third furnace is under construction that will help take production capacity at the site to 1,500 tonnes of glass per day.

Ciner Glass is also busy constructing a new, state-of-the-art container glass production facility in Belgium. The project in Lommel will include two furnaces, which will be constructed in two phases, collectively employing 550 people.
